On Monday I set you a challenge. So today I simply ask – did it stick? Did you manage to stick to your intention of practising three new ways of working? Did you manage to utilise them everyday?
I really hope that you managed to integrate your new ways of working and that you’ve found it made a difference as a result.
However, if by Wednesday your commitment failed and you only managed two out of the three, and if by today all new ways of working were out of the window, don’t loose heart. It takes time to establish new ways of working and new habits. So re-set and try again next week. On average it can take three weeks to establish a new routine or new ways of working so keep at it.
If you managed to stick to all three all week but they are not resonating with you, pick three new ones and start again on Monday.
